DirectCash Income Fund Announces Special Cash Distribution and Regular November Cash Distribution

– DirectCash Income Fund (the "Fund") announced today a regular cash distribution of $0.115 (11.5 cents) per Unit for the month of November, 2009, as well as a special distribution of $0.12 (12 cents) per Unit.

Both the regular and special cash distributions will be paid on December 31, 2009, to Unitholders of record on November 30, 2009. The Fund’s policy is to pay regular cash distributions on or about the last day of each month to Unitholders of record on the last business day of the preceding month.

The Fund is the largest branded ATM provider in Canada, operating under the trade name DirectCash ATM, and is one of the leading providers of branded non-financial institution debit terminals and prepaid card products.
